Lớp Học Yoga

Join Us for a Weekly Yoga Class

A time-honored practice, yoga can help reduce stress, strengthen the body, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and improve overall health and sense of well-being.

The classes will emphasize proper body alignment through physical postures, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

This class is appropriate for all levels. No experience needed.

About a week before classes begin, we will ask you to confirm your attendance. Keep an eye out for that email!

Note: Please use proper upper and lowercase lettering when filling out the form; avoid using all caps or all lowercase.

DATES: Sundays

TIME: 4:00 - 5:00 pm

VENUE: Vietnamese Cultural Center, Minh Dang Quang Meditation Center

OPEN DONATION: We welcome your kind donation to cover teaching and general support of our work.
