Yoga Class – About the Class

Take a break from the stress and hustle of daily life by joining the Yoga Class at Minh Dang Quang Meditation Center. Our yoga sessions are designed to rejuvenate both body and mind, offering a peaceful environment for relaxation, meditation, and physical well-being.

  • When: Every Sunday, from 4 PM to 5 PM

  • What You’ll Learn: Relaxation techniques, yoga poses for strength and flexibility, breathing exercises, and meditation practices.
